New Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis and Intelligence
  • Stay informed of Pharma and Biopharma industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, SCM, and Operations, to align sales strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
Strategic Account Management
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients in the Pharma and Biopharma industry.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the Pharma and Biopharma sector.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to leadership, that will contribute to informed strategic and tactical decision-making.
Nurture and engage your target audiences
  • Be a partner to your customer and drive crucial marketing activations and initiatives in your region to strategically put forward key solutions and services to the customer.



  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Lifesciences or Bioprocessing Industry i.e. scientific/engineering products
  • B.E Industrial Engineering / Biotechnology /Life science graduate.
  • Tech savvy with an experience in operating in MS Office, experience of working on ERP/CRM will be a plus.
  • Keen eye for detail and innovative outreach activities
