  • As a Technical sales Engineer specialalizing in stainless-steel process Equipmemt for the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for pormoting and selling a range of products, including bottom Magnetic mixers, sanitary. Fittings & Valves, Diaphragm Valves, Sanitary Centrifugal pumps, Hose Assemblies and related equipment. The primary focus will be on engaging with original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMS) and end customers in the pharmaceutical sector.


Technical Expertise
  • Develop a deep understanding of the technical specification and applications of stainless-steel process equipment, including Bottom Magnetic Mixers, Sanitary Fittings & Valves, Diaphragm Valves, Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps, and Hose Assemblies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to provide informed guidance to customers.
Sales and Relationship Management
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including pharmaceutical OEMs and customers, to understand their specific requirements.
  • Provide technical consultations and product presentation to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and features of the stainless-steel process equipment.
Proposal Development
  • Prepare detailed and customized proposals based on client needs, including specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proposals align with technical requirements.
Customer Support
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sales support and facilitate product training sessions as needed..
Market Research
  • Conduct market research to identify new apportunities, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend product improvements and innavations.
Sales Targets
  • Develop and implement sales startegies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned product range.
  • Regularly review sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Collaboration
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, lncluding marketing engineering and customer support to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products.


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience 3-5 years in technical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
  • strong understanding of stainless-steel process equirpment and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer Relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
