ISO Class 7 cleanroom manufacturing, engineered, not retrofitted.
Our facility is purpose-built around the workflow of sterile, mission-critical assembly — from material airlock to released finished good — with continuous environmental control on every shift.
Designed around the build, not around the building.
Most contract manufacturing failures trace back to facility compromises — shared airflow, mixed-use zones, retrofitted gowning, and uncontrolled material flow. BioPulse rejected that model from day one.
Our cleanroom suite is engineered as a single integrated system: HEPA- filtered laminar airflow, pressure-cascaded zones, segregated material and personnel flows, and continuous viable and non-viable monitoring.

How a product moves through the facility.
Every cleanroom assembly follows the same controlled path — from incoming material to released, traceable finished good.
01 · Incoming & Quarantine
Components arrive, are quarantined, and undergo identity and quality inspection against the engineering specification.
02 · Material Airlock
Approved materials are cleaned, double-bagged where required, and transferred through validated airlock procedures.
03 · Personnel Gowning
Operators follow validated gowning sequences with verified PPE integrity before entering controlled zones.
04 · Cleanroom Assembly
ISO Class 7 assembly under continuous environmental monitoring with in-process quality checks at defined hold points.
05 · Sterile Packaging
Validated sterile-barrier systems — pouches, trays, lidding — sealed and inspected before release for sterilization.
06 · Release & Dispatch
Lot review, document reconciliation, and quality release into traceable finished-goods warehousing.

Monitored on every shift. Documented on every lot.
Particle counts, airflow velocity, pressure differentials, temperature, humidity, and microbial sampling are recorded continuously. Excursions trigger documented investigation before any product moves forward.
Faster decisions when something needs attention.
Engineering, QC laboratories, and production sit on the same site — so issues that would take weeks in a distributed model resolve in days.
- On-site engineering for design-for-manufacture iteration
- In-process and finished-goods QC laboratory
- Validated cleaning, disinfection, and aseptic transfer SOPs
- Lot-level documentation reconciled before release
- Customer audit hosting — desk audits and on-site walkthroughs
- Equipment qualification and preventive maintenance program
